Cleanliness
There is no telephone number that we can call drectly in the property we booked in Kalibo, Aklan. When I called, the call centre number is the one I was able to talk and that took me so long. We tried to locate the property but we can’t find them even my cousins from Kalibo is not familiar when I finally I was able to talked their Customer Service, she said they only communicate with them thru chat and can’t give any landline or mobile number of the property and the reception there said, maybe tell them the old name which is Hotel Metro and that is become the key for us to be able to go there easily because my relatives are from them. I might thinking if we’re just from other place it still become difficult. When I arrived I asked the receptionist why there is no signage of Red Doorz, he said because they are still Hotel Metro with only a partnership with RedDoorz.
